This blog is a collection of what goes through the mind of a father, a husband, a son, a friend, a lawyer (not your lawyer), and a storyteller, all competing for attention in my head.
The golden rule applies here.

My appellate brief Will put me on hiatus Until I'm finished
I can't do Haiku. What I can do, though, is wish you the best of luck with your brief. If you aren't too far into your writing, I strongly, strongly recommend reading something by Bryan Garner, a UT - Austin grad, who I believe has revolutionized legal writing. My favorite of his books, which is probably at your law school library, is The Winning Brief. Proving that an old dog can learn new tricks, after I took his seminar and read his book, my legal writing improved tremendously.
