This blog is a collection of what goes through the mind of a father, a husband, a son, a friend, a lawyer (not your lawyer), and a storyteller, all competing for attention in my head.
The golden rule applies here.

Card Carrying Member
I got my bar card and license yesterday. The license is huge. I need a frame, and a wall in an office upon which to hang it.
Sweet! That reminds me...I need to pick my junk up from the frame shop so I can hang it up at the office like the other big shots. Except when I pick them up, it means I'll have to pay for them, which...ugg.
What does it say about me that when I dropped them off at the Hobby Lobby, I told the guy I wanted plain black frames (cheap) and no matting? Am I cheap? Do I not care? Or is it because I work for a nonprofit? Or all three?
