I'm sure several people, including the 3-5 people who still stop by here regularly, have already seen/read about the Glenn Beck video where he sets douses someone with water (representing gasoline) and lighting a match to demonstrate his distaste for the premise that President Obama might someday embrace some form of immigration reform not unlike what President Bush proposed. I won't post the video here, but I will post a link to the Washington Monthly that comments on what happened next, after the posted video.
It seems Texas governor Rick Perry, the governor who managed to hold office despite getting fewer than 40% of the popular vote in the last gubernatorial election, was the next guest, and in response to the question "[y]ou're regretting being on this program at this point, are you not, sir?" governor Perry responded "Not at all, Glenn Beck. I'm proud to be with you."
Yeah. President Obama is the dividing force.
