What the hole?!

Japanese scientists, noting the reduction of the release of CFCs and other similar ozone-depleting gases, suggested that the hole in the ozone may start contracting in the near future and could be gone by 2050.

This is pretty must just speculation, and probably is about as trustworthy as reports on global warming and global freezing over the years, but it's interesting to hear.

We all know it is the decrease in the number of pirates that causes global warming. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flying_spaghetti_monster

Bellejar,

I actually have it linked on my sidebar at the bottom, the Flying Spaghetti Monster, that is.
