Is it because life is so bad where they come from that they feel their only chance to survive is to break the law and cross the border? Is it to escape a life of eternal poverty to try to find some hope up here? Is it because there's no giant hurking fence along the US/Mexico border? Is it because employers up here entice them with below-minimum wage jobs?
Or could it be due to all the abortions in the US creating a shortage of available US workers?

Since we just reached a population of 300 million, a new high, abortion must be the reason for the high number of illegal immigrants.
I hate stupid people.
It couldn't possibly be linked to the "I was born entitled, give me everything" mentality of our welfare recipients. Those who are physically capable of working and don't... Or, as the fifth-grade student once told me, "We're going to move as soon as those people down at Welfare get off their butts and give us a check."
