I present to you this: Scientist Needs To Get A Life. The scientist in question found three species of snail that were previously thought to be extinct. He was rather excited, as you would be if you spent your days scuba-diving the treacherous rivers of Alabama. "I've always said it was my favorite snail I hated it was extinct." the scientist was quoted as saying.
Now, I'm sure there's something beneficial about a gastropod that's not extinct, I just don't know what that something is. Still, I'm happy that he found joy in finding phlegm with a shell.
