This blog is a collection of what goes through the mind of a father, a husband, a son, a friend, a lawyer (not your lawyer), and a storyteller, all competing for attention in my head.

More Random Trivia
Jackie Robinson was not the first black player in the Major Leagues. That honor goes to one Moses "Fleet" Walker.

I actually read the biography of Jackie Robinson, and I knew this. Jackie's biggest challenge was ignoring the anger and hatred directed toward him for 'daring' to play in a white league. In fact, he was offered the opportunity to take on the challenge, following a plan that had been designed to break down the barriers of race. Did you know he played himself in a movie about his life?
